Where are these taken? How does this all work?

I have a portable studio, so I travel to your location, set up, and shoot away! I set up studio lights and a greenscreen and photograph each athlete individually. Each individual athlete is masked in Photoshop, and I build a team photo from each individual athlete, and incorporate into a hand designed background. Due to my lighting equipment and editing style, I request a decent sized, preferably DARK private space to set up. It takes me roughly 10-15 minutes to set everything up, and about the same to tear down.

 

What do you need from me?

The most important part is open communication! A parent advocate and liaison - someone who will communicate from myself to the team and coordinate the session behind the scenes. I will need a team representative to write the athlete names in the order they are photographed, as well. If you have access to a high-res team logo, that's always helpful, as well!

 

Will I get to see my athletes photo?

I like to keep things as simple and streamlined as possible, so there are NO individual images with composite designs. The athlete's image in the team photos is the same image that will be used for all individual product ordered.

 

How long until we see the design?

Depending on team size, it takes roughly 2-3 days for design completion. I will post to my Facebook with the ordering link. I keep the store open for 4 days, and it takes about 3 days to get product to you.

 

How do they get delivered?

I will reach out to my team parent liaison and coordinate a time for pick-up/drop off.
